Background
Surmotech is a western New York based company located in the beautiful Fingerlakes region. Surmotech emerged in 1990 as a manufacturing subsidiary of an Eastman Kodak venture company formed to address the overwhelming need for flexible, high quality contract manufacturing. We offer a full range of contract manufacturing services from design to production of electronic assemblies. By maintaining long-term affiliations with customers, distributors and strategic partners Surmotech has grown each year.

Securing lasting relationships with our clients is our primary goal. In pursuit of this objective we obtained our ISO 9002:1994 certification in September 1999, and in January 2003 upgraded our Quality Management System to meet the requirements of ISO 9001-2000. In keeping with the quest for excellence in all areas of operation, the ESD control program at Surmotech complies with all the mandatory requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard. ESD Policy
We maintain a static free environment in our facility necessary for adequate protection from static discharge and hence bring the ESD loss to minimum.
