Small Business Person of the Year Award
In 2005, Jerry Valentine was a finalist for the Small Business Person of the Year. This award was presented by the Victor Local Development Corporation.
Certifications
ISO Certifications
Securing lasting relationships with our clients is our primary goal. In pursuit of this objective, we obtained our ISO 9002:1994 certification in September 1999 and, in January 2003, recertified our Quality Management System to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
ITAR
In a continued effort to support military and high reliability markets, Surmotech achieved our ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registration status in 2008. ITAR is a set of United States government regulations that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services.
