From surface-mount (SMT) to thru-hole (TH), ball grid arrays (BGA) to flex circuits, single-sided to highly complex double-sided assemblies, prototypes to high volume production--Surmotech has the experience to meet your production requirements and exceed your expectations. Our continuous improvement strategy ensures your product makes it to market on time and at a competitive price.

Our Juki pick-and-place machine is capable of 25,650 placements per hour. The Teradyne AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) machine inspects for Military Class 3 inspection in seconds per board. Our Vitronics Soltec thru-hole soldering machine utilizes three different waves (standard, smart, and chip) to assure a quality, reliable solder joint on all the latest electronic packages.

Electro- mechanical Assembly

Surmotech has years of experience in electronic printed circuit board assembly and mechanical assembly. Our capabilities range from complex flex circuit and two-piece housings to multiple printed circuit board assemblies in large enclosures. We can build and test your electronic assembly then integrate that assembly into your final product configuration, incorporate a final systems test, and ship the product directly to your customer for distribution.

Complete Product Assembly & Test

If you require more than basic printed circuit board assembly, Surmotech can assist in the complete assembly, test, and even service of your final product. We want you to concentrate on what you do best. Let Surmotech handle manufacturing, assembling, and testing your product--that's what Surmotech does best. Surmotech can even ship directly to your customer, eliminating all your product handling and warehousing worries.

Consignment/Turnkey

Surmotech will assemble your PCB Assembly or Electromechanical Assembly with material consigned by you or we will purchase the material to offer you a complete turnkey solution. Our MRP (Material Requirement Planning) will insure that your order will be delivered to you on time. If you consign material it will be isolated in our secure stockroom.
