Flying Probe / ICT
For products suited for these applications, Surmotech can offer flying probe and in-circuit test services that provide a wide range of electrical testing options. Some of the available options include continuity testing, nodal analysis and boundary scan.
Functional Test

AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
For products and applications where electrical testing is impractical, Surmotech can provide automated optical inspection. Surmotech’s AOI is a multi-camera platform that allows us to not only inspect for traditional inspection characteristics such as presence/absence and polarity, but also allows us to perform high-end inspection techniques that include proper solder fillet and solder joint integrity.
